purchase by phone. A phone in order can be processed using

bank draft (check), however shipment of your purchase will be delayed
until funds have cleared your bank. International payments must
be in US funds.

business day following your confirmed payment. Our FREE Shipping
offer is available for most addresses within the continental United
States. Please allow approximately 5 -10 business days
transit time when taking advantage of our FREE Shipping offer.
Other shipping methods are available at an additional cost to you
including shipper selection, guaranteed delivery times, and delivery to
addresses outside the continental U.S. All available shipping

Packaging
We want your sculpture to arrive in
pristine condition. Your sculpture is wrapped in a fleece blanket
and cocooned inside a soft foam block of padding. Our boxes are
sized with plenty of side cushioning and extra stacking rigidity.
We go to the extra trouble and expense to pack your sculpture as
if protecting an expensive piece of electronics.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely
important to us. We will do all that we can to make your purchase
an enjoyable experience. If for any reason you are not delighted
with your purchase, contact us for return authorization within 15 days
of receipt. You will receive a fast and courteous refund of the
purchase price once we have received your return. The return must
be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping, handling,
and insurance. In case of shipping damage, please retain original
packing materials for claim purposes.
